Minimise single-use plastics by using refillable dispensers for toiletries and eco-friendly cleaning products.
Repurpose, rotate amongst the properties or donate used furnishings and appliances instead of sending them to landfill.
Buying re-purposed & ex-display furniture from charity shops, second-hand websites & furniture outlets.

Prioritise energy-efficient appliances, LED lighting, and smart heating systems (e.g., thermostats, TRVs) in every unit.
Carry out regular maintenance to ensure heating systems, insulation, and windows perform efficiently.
